This personable, informal leadership, Mahnken demonstrates both his knowledge and love for birds since it introduced the 135 species in North America, speaks of cycles of reproduction, supplies and advice on diet and encourage feathered friends to visit on a regular basis. This is not final, Slick, or practice some pocket guides to the ground. But it's loaded with lots of pictures in black and white and color (not seen in finished form), which, when combined with the facts guide book on the nesting habits, range, size, and more will be great for new observers birds.
